Summer is a special time for everyone, but especially for children. Our goal is provide them with fun events and experiences combined with a learning component that they will enjoy telling their parents about at the end of the day.
The camp program is centered around weekly themes. Themes have ranged from Oceans to Rocketry to an International Cultures week. The weekly trips to the Hackettstown Pool are part of the regular activities and have always been a favorite. There are also many optional field trips to activities such as Dorney Park, local museums, the Pax Amicus Theatre, parks, and other attractions.
The Magic Garden School's summer program is targeted toward children between 6 to 10. As with all our programs, it is open five days per week from 6:45 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., excluding holidays. The camp starts after the close of public school in June and goes through the start of public school in September.
